We are told there was a synagogue shooting in Halle a large city of the German state of Saxony-Anhalt  in the area of former East Germany. The shooting is said to have taken place on Wed October 9th in the early afternoon.

Our London-based Keeptalking group held a packed-out meeting on 3rd October for the popular Israeli-Palestine speaker and author Miko Peled, in St Annes’ church in London. The usual suspects objected of course – although we’re slightly wondering how they got into our email group to hear about the meeting, as we don’t publicly advertise. They published photos of the meeting and started moaning about it. In no time the St Anne’s church caved in and issued an apology. Below is their craven apology with my letter in response (which has received no reply).

The British folk-musician Alison Chabloz had earlier been put in jail for 48 hours, for a song of hers (https://www.theoccidentalobserver.net/2018/01/26/reflections-on-the-chabloz-case/) . I was at one of her trials, and heard Campaign Against Antisemitism manager  averring on oath how distressed he had been by hearing her song. Obviously I did not believe him, and  like most people attending the trial could not see what his alleged distress had to do with any concept of ‘crime.’ continue reading…
