Tuesday, September 11, 2012:

Participants in the Vancouver 9/11 truth symposium of June, 2012 have been asked to formulate specific accusations concerning who was responsible for perpetrating the unique event of 9/11. These will be forwarded onto the ICC, the International Criminal Court at the Hague. Jim Fetzer is accusing Zelikow, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Bush.

How will these prosecutions work? For a start, as Infowars has reported, the President of Italy’s Supreme Court is intending to refer 9/11 criminals to the International Criminal Court. Admittedly, O’Campo at the ICC has a reputation for only prosecuting people with foreign-sounding names, people with names like ‘Bill’ and ‘Dick’ never get charged.

The legal  expert at our Vancouver Hearings was Alfred Lambremont and we may be confident he will make something effective happen. It was Alfred who made this sensational breakthrough with Italy. He was judge at the Kuala Lumpur War crimes Tribunal which indicted Bush and Blair: that will make them nervous of travelling abroad.

Israeli-Mossad Involvement

Greg Felton wrote the book “The Host and the Parasite, How Israel’s Fifth Column Consumed America” (2010) and was one of the speakers at that important Vancouver Conference. It’s the book about modern American history, which puts 9/11 into a proper perspective.

There exists a British disinformation campaign led by Ian Henshall called ‘reinvestigate 9/11’ which will seek to ban any discussion of the rather central role of Israel in perpetrating 9/11; as likewise it will also block any detailed debate about what actually happened on that day. Just like the UK ‘9/11 Forum’ controlled by Tony Gosling, ‘Reinvestigate 9/11’ has shown no interest in the Vancouver Hearings, the most important 9/11 truth event this year.

My essay ‘9/11 and Zion: What was Israel’s Role?’ has 80,000 Google links, posted on Veterans Today. Its time people started facing up to this aspect of the problem. It’s no longer good enough to say, ‘It was an inside job.’ The Vancouver symposium had two speakers on this topic.

Grounds for suspecting Mr Larry Silverstein as a Conspirator re the 9/11 Event

Name: Larry A. Silverstein

Position at the time of 9/11/01: Leasehold Owner of the WTC-complex

Location on the morning of 9/11/01: Lower Manhatten, near to the WTC.

Introduction

The circumstances of the transfer of the WTC into private hands for the first time–coming just six weeks before 9/11–dismissing the security firm that had provided for its security since it first opened in 1970, and insuring with a foreign insurance company against terrorist attacks, not to mention that neither Silvertstein nor his daughter, who regularly had breakfast at the “Windows of the World” restaurant atop the North Tower that morning of 9/11 strongly suggest that he was complicit in the planning and the execution of those atrocities and should be indicted as a co-conspirator in the deaths of those who died at the WTC.

 Accusations and Probable Cause:

1. Silverstein purchased the entire WTC complex two months before 9/11. On that day, everything owned by Larry Silverstein disintegrated while all other building around mysteriously remained intact.

2. He cancelled his normal, routine breakfast at the top of the First Tower at Windows on the World on the 107^th floor just on that morning.[1]

3. His remark about WTC Tower 7, ‘we decided to pull it’ concerning the decision to bring that tower down, suggests foreknowledge.

4. That same evening he was on the phone to his lawyer, about whether he could claim twice because two planes impacted the Towers.[2] He hardly seemed distraught by the event or even distressed..

5. He has never been cross-examined on oath about anything that happened.

6. He may have profited from the event: after purchasing the WTC at a relatively low price owing to its asbestos problem, he re-insured the property to ensure a big dividend. He was finally awarded $4.68 billion.[3]

7. He had strong Israeli connections and spoke regularly with Benjamin Netenyahu on the phone.

Ownership and Security of WTC (Item 1):

The private property developer, billionaire Larry Silverstein, acquired the WTC complex off the New York Port Authority, as founded and owned by the Rockefeller family, two months before 9/11 – the first time in its 33-year history the complex had ever changed ownership. His first order of business as the new owner was to change the company responsible for the security of the complex: the new security company he hired was Securacom (now Stratasec). George W. Bush’s brother, Marvin Bush, was on its board of directors, and Marvin’s cousin, Wirt Walker III, was its CEO. According to public records, not only did Securacom provide electronic security for the World Trade Center, it also covered Dulles International Airport and United Airlines — two key locations in the 9/11 attacks. [4]

Buildings not owned by Silverstein Properties that day strangely remained upright, despite some being a lot closer to the two towers that collapsed onto them. [5] Let’s quote what he said on acquiring the leasehold:

“This is a dream come true, we will be in control of a prized asset, and we will seek to develop its potential, raising it to new heights.” [6]

The pulling of WTC-7 (Item 3)

WTC-7 appeared as the only steel framed building in history for which fire was the sole cause of its collapse. Silverstein personally ordered WTC-7 to be demolished (’pulled’) around noon of 9/11 and has never been cross-examined by any enquiry over this. [7] The meaning of this phrase in its context is plain and unequivocal, it could not have meant or alluded to anything else.

Silverstein’s firm had built that very building in the mid-1980s: in 1980, Silverstein Associates won a bid to lease and develop that portion of the WTC, and to build the 47-storey World Trade Center.[8]

Double-Idemnity Claim on Insurance (Item 4):

Silverstein re-insured the WTC with European insurance firms: Munich-Re, Allianz, Royal Sun, Lloyd’s of London and Swiss Re – of Germany, Switzerland and the UK. 9/11 enabled these European insurance companies to be fleeced for $4.6 billion by New York financiers.

It is a crime under European law to insure property twice and to attempt to claim twice for an accident, which Silverrstein did, on the grounds that two planes had impacted as two events! Each Tower did not cost $3.2 billion, this sum of insurance was for the total complex, so his argument was fraudulent. Also, he had stated outright his command to ‘pull’ the WTC-7, in an interview a year after the event. But, the Euro companies stood to lose their entry to the US markets, if they demurred over this transparently bogus insurance claim. So, they paid

Insurance Payout (Item 6)

Despite being a mere leaseholder of the buildings, he was the sole beneficiary of the insurance payouts. He increased the insurance policies, when he signed the lease two months before the catastrophe happened. The insurance was for 3.6 billion dollars, but he found an obscure clause in the insurance policy which enabled him to claim twice, one for each ‘attack!’ ‘Larry Silverstein, since July landlord of the towers, demands from the insurers $7,2 billion compensation, his speaker, Steve Solomon, said. .. with help from New York’s Jewish mayor, Michael Bloomberg he found investments to rebuild the WTC. Ground Zero has been rebuilt by Daniel Liebeskind, the Jewish architect of Berlin’s ‘Jewish Museum’. The person said to be Silverstein’s closest friend with whom he would speak almost daily by phone is the former Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. For financial reasons (chiefly involving asbestos problems) the WTC complex was no longer viable and needed to be demolished, but the costs of doing this legally were prohibitive.

Israeli Connection (Item 7)

In the early 1990s, a group of leading U.S.  Jewish businessmen formed a company that was to become the Israel Export Development Company, as a way to make it easier for foreign investors to trade with Israel [9]. It never quite worked out  (for complex reasons), despite the best efforts of Benjamin Netanyahu, but following that struggle gives us the impression of Silverstein as possibly the most distinguished US financier assisting Israel. Thus, David Yerushalmi, who had led the IEDC effort since its inception, was asked to turn over the leadership of the company to Silverstein, an accomplished real estate developer and ardent fundraiser for the Jewish Federation of New York, itself a big contributor to Israel.  Perhaps, had it worked, events would not have let to the donation which he made to Israel, following the insurance claim from the WTC-7 collapse.

Silverstein was formerly a chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, the largest Zionist organization dedicated to raising money and support for Israel. Lewis Eisenberg, former chairman of the New York Port Authority and the man who personally supervised the negotiations that delivered the 99-year lease to Silverstein, is also a former leader of the United Jewish Appeal.

Silverstein’s Israeli supporters (Item 7):

* Lewis Eisenberg, former chairman of the New York Port Authority, who gave him the lease;

* Howard Rubenstein, his PR agent;

* Steve Solomon, his speaker;

* Michael Bloomberg, New York’s Jewish mayor;

* David Yerushalmi, leader of the Israel Export Development Company, who urged Silverstein to be its chair;

* Daniel Liebeskind, the architect of Berlin’s ‘Jewish Museum,’ now rebuilding Ground Zero.

Suggested Criminal Motive:  there may be reasonable cause to believe that the State of Israel was part of the common plan or conspiracy of 9/11; and therefore reasonable cause to believe that specific individuals such as Larry Silverstein were acting on behalf of a covert plan of the State of Israel and not solely as a private conspiracy of persons in their private capacities. That is in addition to the evident profit made by Silvesteinm over the event plus ‘solving’ the WTC asbestos problem.

Grounds for Suspecting Mr Dov Zakheim as a Conspirator re the 9/11 Event

Name: Dov S. Zakheim

Positions held at the time of 9/11:  Comptroller of the Pentagon (i.e. overseer of its finances),

Ordained Rabbi,

Citizen of Israel,

Under-Secretary of Defense and Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Defense

Introductory Remarks:   the original blueprint for 9/11 would almost certainly have involved using remote controlled aircraft, until the conspirators belatedly realized that actually getting the planes all the way into the towers before the exploded would be physically impossible.  But since they needed to have the planes all the way into the buildings before they exploded to create a pseudo-explanation for the subsequent “collapse” of the Twin Towers, they had to resort to simulations, which now appear to have been done using sophisticated holograms, as Richard Hall has explained, where they also needed to coordinate the timing of these fabricated crashes with explosions that occurred in the subbasements of the buildings, which they planned to attribute to jet-fuel falling through the elevator shafts.  As it happened–and as Gordon Ross and Craig Furlong have explained, “Seismic Proof:  9/11 was an inside job”–those explosions would take place 14 and 17 seconds before the faked impacts, which would have been impossible had these events not been staged.  Dov Zakheim appears to have been the perfect person to have managed these events and should be indicted as a conspirator in mass murder on 9/11.

Acccusations and Probable Cause:

1. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Systems Planning Corporation (SPC) and had been its Corporate Vice-President. SPC, a high-tech, research and manufacturing firm based in Arlington, Virginia, is a major player in the “Homeland Security” industry and a leading designer of airborne remote-control technology.
2.  The SPC has developed the appropriately named ‘Flight Termination System’[1] for remote control and flight termination of airborne test vehicles, [2] consisting of a command transmitter system plus custom control, interface and monitoring systems. [3] The system can be configured to operate from a single local site, or with several remote sites.
3. As Comptroller of the Pentagon he was in charge of its finances, from May 2001 to March 2004, when $2.3 trillion was ‘lost.’
4. He was Chief Executive Officer of SPC International Corporation, a subsidiary of SPC that specializes in political, military, and economic consulting. A subsidiary of this firm, Tridata Corporation, had connections with the investigation of the first “terrorist” attack on the World Trade Center in 1993, which would have provided vital first-hand knowledge of the security systems and structural blueprints of the World Trade Center.
5. He has close ties to the Israeli government, holding dual Israeli-American citizenship.[4] As a member of the Council for Foreign Relations, and founding member of the Neo-con cult, he co-authored the Heritage Foundation’s infamous tract, “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century” published by The American Enterprise’s “Project for a New American Century”, in which the Bush Administration’s entire design for renewed global conquest was laid down, exactly a year prior to 9-11. It called for “some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor” as necessary to foster the frame of mind needed for the American public to support a war in the Middle East.
6. In 2004, an article about him entitled The Mastermind Behind 9/11? Appeared on the UK’s ‘Truthseeker’ website [5]. In return that site was threatened with prosecution by Dov Zakheim’s lawyers, in 2005. The article had to be removed. However, the insightful article here-relevant: “Dov Zakheim and the 9/11 Conspiracy” can still be viewed [6]:
7. He has enabled substantial support for Israel over the years, whereby Israel is awash with F-15’s, F-16’s, and the latest in offensive and defensive missile systems, sold to Israel at a fraction of their value. Bearing in mind evidence for Israeli involvement in perpetrating the 9/11 event [7] this could be very relevant.

 

A Quote from the ‘Truthseeker’ article (Item 6):

‘Considering his access to Boeing 767 tankers, remote control flight systems, and his published views in the PNAC document, it seems very likely he is in fact a key figure in the alleged terrorist attacks in New York City on September 11, 2001. Rabbi Zakheim had access to things like structural integrity, blueprints and any number of important facets of information about the WTC through his work with Tridata Corporation in the investigation of the bombing of the WTC in 1993. That he had access to remote control technology through his work at System Planning Corporation (SPC); that he had access to Boeing aircraft through a lease deal he brokered while working at the Pentagon; and finally, that he was part of a group of politically radical Straussian Neo-Conservatives, who, through their association with PNAC, called for restructuring of the Middle East.’

Grounds for Suspecting Mr Ehud Olmert, as Conspirator re the 9/11 Event

Name:     Ehud Olmert (Hebrew: אהוד אולמרט‎, IPA: [eˈhud ˈolmeʁt]

Position at the time of 9/11/01: Mayor of Jerusalem

Israeli Politics: an Israeli politician and lawyer who served as Prime Minister of Israel from 2006 to 2009 and before that as a cabinet minister from 1988 to 1992 and from 2003 to 2006. Between these stints on the Israeli cabinet, he served as mayor of Jerusalem from 1993 to 2003.

Location on the date of 9/11/01: New York City

 Introductory Remarks

Although Israel cannot have been solely responsible for the events of 9/11, as the stand-down of the US Air Force via “terrorist drills” and the attack on the Pentagon cannot have been carried out without complicity from the Department of Defense and Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, there is a mountain of circumstantial evidence that Israel was involved (from the ICTS managing security at the airports from which the alleged flights departed to “the Dancing Israelis” to the Gelatin Group of “art students” who were occupying the Twin Towers and much more), where Israel stood the most to gain from 9/11 by reversing US foreign policy and creating a fabricated context for the invasion of Middle Eastern countries that would thereby destabilize them and create an environment where Israeli political domination of the region would be complete. The leading representative of the interests of Israel in this regard is Ehud Olmert, where the indictment of Olmert symbolically represents the indictment of Israel

 Accusations and Probable Cause:

1. Mayor Olmert held a very secret meeting in New York City with two Israeli businessmen, Shaul and Meir Levy, the day before 9-11. He was secretive about this pre-9-11 meeting such that nobody knew about it for three years after 9-11. [1]

Bollyn further concluded that the Levys, Shaul and Meir, whom Ehud Olmert met in New York on 10^th September 10, were part of the Israeli intelligence network in Florida.

1. On the afternoon of 911 a charter El Al flight took off from New York and flew to Tel Aviv. This was after all flights had supposedly been grounded that morning. It is a conjecture, but we may suppose that Ehud Olmert and various other perpetrators were on that plane.
2. He has been strongly connected with Menachem Atzmon, a political ally. The latter, a convicted criminal, was directly responsible for passenger and airline security at Boston’s Logan Airport, whence the two airliners which struck the World Trade Center originated. He is the founder and head of International Consultants on Targeted Security (ICTS), the parent company of Huntleigh USA, the airport security firm that ran passenger screening operations at the airports of Boston and Newark on 9-11. 3. He visited New York city earlier, in March 2001.
4. There has been a complete media blackout over Olmert’s visit: Jerusalem has been a ‘sister city’ to New York ever since 1993, when Olmert became Mayor. ‘Yet the mayor of Jerusalem comes, un-announced and unreported to New York City on September 10, 2001, has a meeting with several Israeli “businessmen” who have businesses in Deerfield and Delray Beach, Florida, and nobody notices?’ Christopher Bollyn.

 

Evidence for  Item 1: The Jerusalem Post ( July 23, 2004, “A Fallen Empire,” about the Likud-linked Jerusalem football club, Betar) reported: ‘Three years ago, Betar was sold to a four-man consortium …following a meeting in New York with then-mayor Ehud Olmert on September 10, 2001. There were no other potential buyers. The day before, (as reported in the Toronto Star, September 10, 2001), Olmert spent September 9, 2001 in Toronto helping the United Jewish Appeal celebrate the official beginning of its annual fundraising drive.

Evidence for Item 2: Olmert was in Jerusalem on the afternoon of September 12 when he attended a ceremony marking the terror attack at the Sbarro pizzeria that was bombed in August 2001. The flight time from New York to Israel is 10 hours and Israel’s timezone is 7 hours behind New York City. If Olmert had flown from New York on the afternoon of 9-11, he would have arrived early the following morning in Tel Aviv. [2]

 Evidence for Item 5: There were extensive New York and US national media appearances of Olmert with Rudi Guiliani, about the 9/11 event, and these never mentioned his presence in New York on that day. No media anywhere in the world have ever discussed Olmert’s presence in New York in that day.

 Terrorist Career of Ehud Olmert:

1. Mordechai Olmert, the father of Ehud Olmert, was one of the founders of the Irgun terrorist organization in Palestine. As mayor of Jerusalem, he oversaw Israel’s territorial expansion of the city limits.

2. As the Prime minister of Israel in 2005, ‘Olmert’s eight weeks in power proved to be the bloodiest, deadliest and the most criminal period of the 58-year-old state of Israel: 14.6.06,

Israeli Criminal Involvement:  Mossad agents were seen photographing and celebrating the bombing of the World Trade Center on the morning of 9/11.  That incident was the first indication that the terror attacks of 9/11 were an Israeli false-flag operation, and establishes a prima facie case for Israeli perpetration of the 911 event. An anonymous posting of “The official 2001 FBI docs on Urban Moving Systems and the 9-11-2001 Dancing Israelis incident”.  Is here relevant, as information regarding the official FBI and New Jersey police reports on the arrest of these so-called ‘dancing Israelis.’

 Suggested Criminal Motive:  there is reasonable cause to believe that the State of Israel was part of the common plan or conspiracy of 9/11; and therefore reasonable cause to believe that specific individuals such as Ehud Olmert were acting on behalf of a covert plan of the State of Israel.
